I first tried Albanian Liver at Lokanta restaurant in Sheffield. It was a few years ago, but it was so nice that I haven’t forgotten it! Fish Fragrant Aubergine

Since discovering proper ‘home-style’ Chinese food a few years ago I’ve been ever so slightly obsessed with fish fragrant aubergine.
