I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, I love to see chefs tweeting. I love to see their pictures of their work and what they’ve just put on the specials board. We get a lot of junk mail; a hell of a lot. Thankfully most of it is food related; sadly most of it is cheap & nasty pizza takeaway menus, or vouchers for McDonalds.
